Carl's Business Background

I have been in the business world since 1988. I graduated from West Virginia University and started working for a parts distributor in September of 1988. I started at the bottom and worked my way up. I was a marketing represenative for six years before starting my own business. Companies wanted me to carry their product lines to my existing customer base which includes: UPS, Fed Ex, Waste Management, BFI, VDOT, Counties including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, Montgomery, Frederick and more. I am now incorporated in the state of Virginia. I have been negotiating business deals with success for many years. I am now bringing my expertise to real estate. I have marketing experience and I am technologically advanced in my approach.

Marketing is a must in real estate, the more people that view your property the better the chance of a strong contract that will go to settlement.
