Dear friend:
If you are reading this letter, it is likely that you are now making a critical decision about either the real estate agent who will help sell your property or help you locate a new home.This letter is intended to provide a strong recommendation of Carl Goldberg who recently listed and effectively sold my one bedroom unit located at Montebello Condominium in Alexandria, Virginia.
I am in a positionto make this recommendation in that I recently and carefully interviewed several real estate agents, chose Carl above the others,
and was completely satisfied with the high caliber of his marketing approach and skills, his creativity and commitment, and his service.
First, Carl's appoach to marketing is more effective than most. Specifically, Carl uses electronic media-photography, streaming video, and the internet-to expand the target market that is exposed to messages about the property that is for sale. He created a video, took effective digital pictures, and posted those sales tools to a very effective website. These digital sales tools were accompanied by very attractive "hard copy" brochures specifically about my property for those less inclined to electronic media. The result of this marketing campaign was that a highly qualified buyer viewed my unit who would not otherwise have know about it.
Second, Carl's creativity and committment were extrodinary. Not only did he host a well-attended, two-day open house, he baked and served cookies and beverages for all those in attendance. My unit "smelled like home" to those at the open house.
Third, Carl went above and beyond what a seller might expect in terms of service. An offer came in on my unit while I was out of town and Carl kept me fully appraised by cell phone of the details. The evening of my return, he met with me to negotiate a counter offer, looking out for my best interests. The same evening he drove to the home of the buyer's agent to present and negotiate the details of the contract. The end result was a happy buyer and seller. We could not ask for more service.
In summary, this real estate agent comes to you highly recommended by a highly satisfied seller. I wish you as fine an experience in your own real estate endeavor.

Dear Chuck and Carl,
My wife and I want to express our overwhelming gratitude for all of the hard work you and Carl Goldberg put into selling our house. I could always count on your sage advice throughout the process of the sale and Carl was a real workhorse and paid us tremondous personal attention. When you told us you assigned us one of your best agents, Carl certainly lived up to and exceeded all expectations. I really feel like you and Carl gave us the service and attention of a client selling a multi-million dollar home.
I particularly appreciated all of the assistance when we moved out of the house. Carl helped us so much ensuring the house was presentable and his help was key to us being able to move to Hawaii on schedule.
